Cookies and pixels
We use necessary cookies to run the site and checkout. With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel and Google tags (Analytics and Ads) to measure visits and conversions and to show you relevant ads. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time through the cookie banner on our site. Visitors from the EU and Spain will not have these pixels loaded until they accept.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the workshop: Stripe (payments), Zoom (the live session), beehiiv (email), our own sync scripts (moving registration data), Framer (the website), and Meta and Google (ads measurement, only with consent). We may also share data if the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you are in the EU or Spain, your data is transferred to the US. We rely on providers that use the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Purchase and tax records: as long as tax law requires (usually 7 years). Registration and email data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or 24 months after your last interaction. Pixel data: as set by Meta and Google.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your data, and to object to or limit how we use it, by emailing jose@forwardiq.io. You can withdraw consent at any time. EU and Spain residents can complain to their data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es). California residents have similar rights under the CCPA and will not be treated differently for using them. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The workshop is for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
