Refund Policy

This policy covers tickets to The Freight Outbound Intensive (the “Workshop”), sold by Forward IQ (“we”, “us”).

All sales are final

Tickets are $97 and final sale. We do not offer refunds, including if you change your mind, miss the live session, or do not use the materials.

Can’t attend live?

Your ticket includes lifetime replay access (see our Terms, section 4), plus the slides, templates and other materials. If you cannot make the live session, you can watch the replay at any time. Live Q&A is only available during the live session.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we reschedule the session, your ticket moves to the new date. If we cancel it, your ticket gives you access to the full replay and materials. Neither case qualifies for a refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at jose@forwardiq.io before disputing a charge so we can help with any access or billing problem.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live. If a law requires a refund, we will follow it.

Buyers in the EU and Spain

You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For leisure or event services on a specific date, this right may not apply under EU rules, and access to digital content (the replay) starts only with your consent at checkout.
