Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply when you buy a ticket to The Freight Outbound Intensive (the “Workshop”) from Forward IQ, 7875 NW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33178, USA (“we”, “us”). By buying, you agree to them.


1. What you get


  • One seat at one live session on Zoom: English, Tue Nov 10, 2026, 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM ET; or Spanish, Mon Nov 9, 2026, 11:00 AM ET.

  • Lifetime replay access (see section 4), the workshop slides, and the worksheets, templates and checklists listed on the event page.

  • Live Q&A is only available during the live session, not in the replay.

  • Seats are limited to 50 per session.


2. Price and payment


$97 USD per person, paid through Stripe. One ticket gives one person one login. You will get a receipt by email. Any taxes or bank currency fees are your responsibility.


3. Refunds


See our Refund Policy. In short: all sales are final and there are no refunds. If you cannot attend live, the lifetime replay is included. This also applies if we reschedule the session (see section 5).


4. “Lifetime” replay


“Lifetime” means for as long as we offer the Workshop materials online. If we ever stop hosting the replay, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email so you can watch it or download available materials.


5. Changes and cancellation


We may change the agenda, times or host details if needed. If we reschedule the session, your ticket moves to the new date. If we cancel it, your ticket gives you access to the full replay and materials. Neither case qualifies for a refund.


6. Sales offer during the session


Near the end of the live session, we will spend about 15 minutes describing paid services. You do not have to buy anything. Any further purchase has its own terms.


7. No guaranteed results


The Workshop is education. We do not promise any specific number of replies, meetings, quotes, shippers, revenue or other results. Results shown on our pages are from past campaigns and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your market, list, offer, messaging and effort.


8. Your responsibilities


You are responsible for how you use what you learn, including following the email, privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to your outreach (for example CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in the EU). Nothing in the Workshop is legal advice.


9. Use of materials


Materials are for your own business use. Do not resell, share your login, or publish the recording or materials. We keep all intellectual property rights. You may adapt the templates for your own campaigns.


10. Conduct


Be respectful in chat and Q&A. We may remove anyone who disrupts the session, without refund if the removal is for abuse or harassment.


11. Recording


The live session is recorded for the replay. Your name, video (if on) and chat or questions may appear in it. Keep your camera off and your Zoom name generic if you do not want to appear.


12. Liability


To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for Zoom or internet outages outside our control. If you are a consumer in the EU or Spain, these limits do not affect your mandatory rights.


13. Law


These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, with courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
